OnCrawl is looking for a Acquisition Manager to join our team and to lead paid acquisition, growth hacking, funnel optimization and referrals to grow our community and customers. In direct collaboration with the CMO, the applicant will be responsible for:

Drive new customers by designing, implementing and scaling acquisition campaigns across different marketing tools (SEA, SEO, Display, Affiliation, Social ads,…) Maximize paid and organic campaigns by conducting tests to optimize conversions. Set KPIs and review performance to respect objectives. Manage acquisition budget in collaboration with the CMO Create, manage and monitor affiliate marketing strategies Optimize the entire automation process to engage, nurture and improve user experience from defining scenarii to content creation, emailing and tracking in collaboration with the Content Manager. Manage and optimize emailing campaigns regarding product releases, newsletters, events and more from creation to analytics.

Knowledge and proven experience of digital marketing for a SaaS solution Proven experience of paid ads management and optimization on Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads Strong understanding of the SEO industry and its mechanism Used to working to deadlines and project-managing a range of campaigns and activities independently Excellent copywriting, interpersonal skills and a persuasive communicator Strong knowledge of CRM, Analytics and CMS tools Ability to analyse, interpret and explain data for business purposes Demonstrable understanding of social media marketing and how to apply this to campaigns Highly self-motivated, enjoy working as part of a team and able to work independently Fluent/Native in English and French. Other languages such as Spanish or German are a plus.

Experience: at least 2-5 years experience
Permanent contract
Based in Bordeaux, France
Salary: based on profile and experience
