As a Business Analyst Retail M/W, you will you will be in charge of developing and deploying reporting and analysis tools in close contact with the Retail Sales teams as well as the Retail Division and the Finance team.

You will be part of PPG Marketing Team (Ripolin, Bondex, Xylophene).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the monitoring of the Retail fare management with the Business Intelligence power teams. Ensure compliance with the promotional process defined by Management. Refine the promotional management by integrating the terrain granularity (regional angle) in addition to the catalogue vision and promotional plan. Force of proposal on budget and plan management Participate in the transformation of the annual Retail Budget and decline it to sales by segment. Support management control in the case of complex analysis. Monitor and manage the Retail resources: take-back, have, review of semi-annual rebates and field means to be defined with the Sales Director. Create consolidated steering tables for the sales force. Coordinate the exploitation of customer data link with the Retail structure.

Qualifications

Graduated from a Degree +3/+ 5 years delivered by a High School or a University or equivalent program specialized in Controlling, Finance, Business Analysis. A first professional experience, at least 5 years post diploma, acquired in a similar position controlling, business analysis. A sales experience would be an advantage. You have strong analytical, synthesis, and numeracy skills combined with the ability to deliver results in support of the sales force. We are looking for a rigorous and reliable person who can respect the confidentiality of the information processed and follow the procedures. Strong teamwork, autonomy, priority management, solution orientation, sales affinity, and interpersonal skills are important qualities for to be successful in this role Ability to respect the confidentiality of the given information and to follow the procedures! A good knowledge of Pack Office. Advanced level required in Excel. You have a proficient level of French and English.
