Your Mission
The Global Analytics & Data Products Team is building a best-in-class CX and Analytics team in support of Stellantis' new Software Group. Reporting to the Global Manager of CX and Digital Intelligence within Stellantis' new Software department, you will be responsible for the various applications of the group's brands as well as the associated websites. As a Digital Analyst, your mission is to work alongside our product and software development partners to bring science to decision making for our omnichannel customer experience across web and mobile products and services.
Responsibilities of the Role :
Your main missions will revolve around 3 main areas:
Monitoring :
Define app/web performance metrics requirements ensuring their reliability and evolution.
Ensure the daily, weekly and monthly monitoring/alerting of the performance of applications and websites and their various functionalities.
Set up and automate multi-source management dashboards and ensure their coherence and adaptation to the different stakeholders with clear and efficient visualizations and insights.
Challenge the business team and support them in understanding and integrating data to guide their roadmap and illuminate their decision making.
Break down silos between brands/countries and centralize monitoring and insights for greater efficiency and impact.
Analysis :
Highlighting customer journeys, their relevance and areas for improvement.
Contribute to the improvement of the performance of the different features of the applications/websites, find areas for improvement and propose actionable recommendations.
Ad-hoc, omnichannel, multi-scopes analysis and study of A/B testing and experience targeting.
Build trusted relationships with the software, hardware and product teams acting as a conduit of knowledge
Open the chakra, think out of the box beyond web analytics and complement our insights with other data sources and types
Tracking :
Collect and make reliable data collection in tools and technical performance tracking for multiple applications and websites.
Writing tracking plans for technical teams.
Set up tags via GTM and Adobe Launch and ensure proper data feedback via recipes and testing.
Top Performers will be able to demonstrate
Measurable consumer engagement impact through analysis, retrospective analysis or products built
Measurable revenue impact through research and retrospective analysis
Measurable consumer experience impact through analysis, retrospective analysis or products built
Measurable efficiencies in products, tools and agile development processes
Qualitative and quantitative deductions from experimentation that lead to product optimization
Qualifications
2 to 3 years of experience in web and customer behavior analysis
Engineering school, business school or university specializing in web marketing/e-commerce/statistics.
Strong technical skills, including, Google Analytics, Firebase, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Power BI, GTM and Adobe Launch
Strong Skills in Power BI
Good storytelling and synthesis skills between science, marketing and creativity
You show initiative and have good interpersonal skills; passion and humanity first
Knowledge of JavaScript
Professional English is required (must have)
open-mindedness and team spirit are mandatory
Good experience with applications analysis is a plus
Passion for software development and the automotive industry is a plus
