As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will join a team of 7. Your main goal will be to attract talented people in order to help Qonto to grow.
️ Responsibilities
Headhunting: you are not afraid of the “talent war,” you like finding rare profiles and recruiting for various positions (tech, marketing, operations, sales, etc.). In order to do that, you know how to use the best tools: LinkedIn, recruitment companies, job boards, events, etc.
Recruit the right talents: you are able to identify potential talents by reading a CV and you know how to conduct a good interview in order to submit a relevant shortlist to the hiring managers
Offer a quality candidate experience: you are in charge of the recruitment process. Being rigorous, reactive and ensuring a good follow-up is key to provide a good candidate experience and saves time
Be the voice of Qonto: identify the most relevant events to increase and lead your network, which is the key to create a virtuous loop for our recruitments
Be efficient: you track metrics and find solution to improve yourself
You have a relevant work experience as Talent Acquisition Manager or a similar role
You have a Master's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Your tools to assess candidates are: a critical thinking, an active listening and an emotional intelligence
You are hands-on and able to to multitask and prioritize daily workload
You are a proactive problem solver: nothing can stop you!
You are able to follow the process with a great rigor
You have an outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
You have an impactful presentation style: you will represent Qonto
You are familiar with the startup ecosystem
You speak both French and English
