Provide expertise and ensure Product Technical Complaint data management: Reporting, Trending, Data Analysis (predictive and statistical analysis knowledge). Ensure Business System Owner / User Project Leader role on the Complaint Management Reporting & Trending solution,
Manage Master Data, Users permissions & accesses,
Support end user community
Responsibilities
Analysis, Trends and Reporting Handle big data for quality using manufacturing, distribution, sales and QA/QC data Proceed to Data Analysis, trending, consolidation & reports (for affiliates, Global Quality, Operational Quality units, manufacturing and distribution sites, GPE, R&D): Recurring and ad hoc requests Perform Data Analysis, trends and Reporting as specified (dashboards, KPIs, Reports, predictive data analysis) Develop trends and signal detection jointly with key business and operational quality stakeholders Business Intelligence projects: Provides expertise and support for IS development on systems Evaluation and Maintenance of Compliance statusRequirements & Qualifications
Master’s degree in science Working transversally and collaborating with different stakeholders and organizations as e.g. supply chain, manufacturing and finance in addition Eager to adopt & promote changes Data management: Expert in statistics to handle big quality data and experience in data management / data analysis Hands on experience on statistical tools and knowledge in designing and using queries with existing systems or implement new tools Skills and experience in computerized systems design, implementation and validation Experience of GxP related contexts Experience / knowledge on Product Technical Complaints (Drug Products / Medical Devices) Autonomous in organization, proactive and problem solving oriented Organized and ensures timely execution, adequate, compliant and robustness of services/ activities Able to work and interact in Fluent English (international context)Join us ...
