Position within the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, which operates on a worldwide perimeter but as well from a local legal entity standpoint, mainly in coordination with underwriting and finance teams in various locations/entities or at central level. The position will have a strong focus on P&C business.Experience: * Minimum 4/5 years in a (re)insurance company's finance or actuarial department, or in a consulting / audit firm in the (re)insurance area Personal competencies: * Expertise in results' control and analysis/reporting (KPIs, analysis of change…) * IT Development experience required (R, Python, powerquery, powerBI, VBA) * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) * Basic knowledge of IFRS17 and Solvency II * Basic skillsets in project management techniques would be an added value * Strong aptitude, personality, and intellect; common sense and sound basic judgment. * Broad intellectual capabilities, an outgoing nature, and the willingness to utilize, maximize and share resources across local organizations and the global operating structure as a whole * Excellent communication skills in both French and English.Required Education : * Master in finance and/or actuarial is required
