In a context of a constantly changing, highly competitive environment, supporting the EME retail and e-commerce offering teams, the EME Marketing & Communication Department is implementing all the 360 levers (RP, media, social media, events).

We are looking for an SEO Project Manager to drive both technical and content SEO. You’ll be the point of contact of all different teams and will lead the SEO strategy.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

Your goal will be to ensure that Sephora websites are SEO friendly to drive business. You will have the following assignments within the EME area :

1/ MANAGEMENT OF THE SEO AGENCY

Lead a team of experts
Define priorities on technical and content with agency support

2/ DEFINITION OF THE TECHNICAL SEO STRATEGY

Define the technical SEO roadmap, working closely with all teams
Identification of bugs and technical optimization

3/ DEFINITION OF THE CONTENT SEO STRATEGY

Define the Content strategy
Creation of recommendation to support Sephora’s animations and key commercial periods
Creation of guidelines for e-merchandising team and brands
Boost local SEO to increase stores visibility
App search optimization

4/ EVANGELIZATION OF SEO STAKES ACROSS ALL MARKETING AND DIGITAL TEAMS

Regular training of product, project and technical teams
Animation of our community of Traffic managers on content SEO challenges
Weekly, Monthly & Annual reports with local markets and central teams

Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are …

4 years of minimum experience in SEO agency in an international environment
BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, or related field
Fluent in English
Rigor and Strong organizational
Skilled communicator and teaching skills, able to collaborate with different teams
Business and priority oriented
Strong analytical skills and ROI mindset
Autonomy and responsiveness

You are recognized for your firm understanding and expertise of :
Good understanding of e-commerce challenges
Current knowledge of SEO best practices technical and semantical is essential to this role.
Proven experience in SEO
Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. SEMrush, Oncrawl, Botify) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
