Remote and onsite positions are open now in our Paris, London, Amsterdam and Krakow offices.ContextWe are looking for a passionate Senior Technical Recruiter based in France to join our international team of 80 people (soon 100+) across Europe. You will be shaping the future of Shares by growing and scaling our Engineering teams.Some things to expectPartner with Technology leadership (CTO, Heads of etc) and the wider People and Talent team to scope, and define hiring requirements to enable Shares to build a world-class, distributed engineering function.Develop a strategic partnership with technology leaders and engineers across the business to foster a strong hiring cultureAccountability for the end to end (sourcing to onboarding) talent acquisition process across Technology to enable an unrivalled candidate experienceDevelop and lead a technology focussed employer branding strategy in line with the wider employer branding strategy and business needs. Work closely with and lead a junior Talent Acquisition Specialist in training, developing and sourcing world class engineering talent. Help drive and develop Shares as an employer of choice for technical talent globallyDevelop and track key performance indicators to continually assess for areas of growth, development or efficiency. As an employee joining the company at an early stage, you are most likely to become a key pillar of our growing Talent Acquisition team!Requirements Successful work experience as a Technical/Engineering Headhunter in start-ups, scale-ups, and/or recruitment agencies Expertise in sourcing strategies (Linkedin, Google X-Ray search, and ideally Stack Overflow and Github)Strong engineering network in Europe or globally (ideally) Obsession for bringing your best self to work Eager to work within a high growth technology startupLeadership experience of 1+ junior recruitersHigh energy, passion, creativity, and a "doer" mindset Native French (Fluent English) Benefits Great salaryStock options Medical health insuranceMore benefits to be revealed soon!
