With immediate effect, we are looking for Middle Office Business Analyst with SimCorp Dimension tool experience to join State Street Bank International GmbH Paris Branch on fixed term basis (18 months Fixed Term Contract).

What you will be responsible for

As Middle Office Business Analyst you will be:

Proactively communicating and collaborating with business representatives to understand requirements, scope and acceptance criteria

Obtaining appropriate internal and client sign-off

Documenting and releasing internal impact assessment of the change request to the client

Escalating risks and issues to Change Management manager

Ensuring change requests are monitored and tracked through to implementation : follow up on solution including technical deployment and testing phases and status

Taking ownership and initiative, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables

Requested to perform project management of small initiatives from time to time

Proactively identifying and acting on opportunities to improve current processes

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Project management education or experience would be desirable

Knowledge and understanding of financial instruments/products and various markets requirements

Requirement Gathering: ability to produce structured functional specification, including experience of User Story; proven ability to run effective workshops for client business users

Change Management Implementation: Being involved in projects from Business Case creation through to User Acceptance Testing co-ordination, test planning and execution

Diverse previous experience in an active business environment is beneficial

Relevant experience of business operating models

Relevant experience with the SimCorp Dimension tool

Strong knowledge of middle office processes

Advanced PC skills including MS Office: (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Access)

Fluency in both French and English
