Mission
Tarkett started the major project aiming at defining and establishing Master Data Management organization through Europe Middle East & Africa (EMEA). The main purpose of this project is to build an Effective Data Governance Framework based on centralized governance model, clear processes, flexible tool and data-driven monitoring.
As part of this project we offer you the opportunity to integrate the project team as
Master Data Project Analyst .
You will report to the Lifecycle and Master Data Coordinator EMEA.
You will work at the interaction of multiple processes and functions, in a multi-cultural landscape, building in depth business understanding. You will act as a liaison for all internal and external contacts
Position’s accountabilities:
The position will be responsible for supporting project coordination by analyzing, reviewing and documenting the business requirements
New Master Data Governance model
Document the roles and responsibilities of master data teams
Master Data Management processes
Participate in the analysis and documentation of the existing business processes.
Participate in the harmonization and standardization of the business processes linked with MDM (e.g. master data creation/modification; phase in/out).
Participate in the building of RACI matrix of MDM.
Master Data Management tool
Participate in the collect of the business requirements and in the documentation functional specifications.
Monitor User acceptance tests.
Analytics tool
Participate in the definition of the relevant KPIs in relation to Master Data creation and integrity.
Project management
Contribute to preparing and running of user workshops.

Required Professional Skills & Experience:
First experience in Master Data management is appreciated.
Broad understanding of the business areas such Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing (phase in/out processes) is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
Fluent in professional English.
Required Personal Skills:
Easy ability to communicate in an international environment.
Strong analytical, organization and problem solving skills.
Aptitude for managing multiple priorities.
Business trips across Europe may be necessary
