About the Role

As an experienced Digital Business Analyst you will join our growing Digital team responsible for delivering the best multichannel solutions for loyalty, engagement and rewards to our customers worldwide. You'll contribute to the team by:

Collecting, validating and managing business requirements Documenting and analysing the needs of the business Collaboratively working with our internal and external stakeholders to help shape processes, systems and people that allow tcc to achieve its goals Utilising your excellent skills of process modelling to support our Loyalty Programme teams in identifying and understanding the scope and impact of change Working independently and within a team, with particular focus on working with the Project Manager(s) to plan analysis work and highlight risks/issues Supporting the testing phases of the project and facilitating user acceptance testing

This is a varied and challenging role, with exposure to working across a portfolio of global grocery and retail brands. You will be able to input and collaborate within a strong team of digital experts who are designing solutions for our clients so that they can reach, reward and retain their loyalty customers across the digital and physical shopper journey.

About You

You'll be an experienced Digital Business Analyst (circa 5 years plus) with a background in customer/consumer driven businesses, such as Retail, Grocery or FMCG which delivers a product based experience.

A proactive, self starter with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills is a given, particularly experienced with ‘business facing’ delivery with ‘non-technical’ individuals and teams. In addition, you'll have:

Expert analytical skills to quickly acquire and understand a problem/situation and provide recommendations Strong understanding of technology – particularly around integration, data analytics and databases Experience of working within a project management framework is essential, and direct project management experience is desirable Experience in typical business analyst toolsets e.g. Visio, MS Office Suite, Confluence/Jira, etc Ability to work on own initiative working on con-current initiatives and projects Ability to communicate fluently and build relationships in English and French, with a preference for those with additional European languages (oral and written)

Finally, given the sector we operate in, it would be highly desirable if you have some knowledge around retail loyalty programmes, data & analytics, app development or web/ecommerce.
