About the Job

The job purpose is two-fold and presents an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to both client work and the senior management challenges in a fast moving, dynamic environment:

1. To support the EMEA Regional VP in the EMIA Region through the analysis of data for Client offer and continuous business improvement, and the creation of report and presentation materials for internal, Technip Energies Group and Client interaction purposes. To ensure that Genesis EMEIA Region performance is presented accurately and in a clear and unambiguous form. To inform business leaders on key performance metrics and trends.

2. To become an integral part of the newly established Business Consulting Unit, providing support to the Global Head of Business Consulting and joining consulting project teams in delivering client projects in the Energy space. As part of the role, a wide variety of analysis and support tasks are to be performed to ensure that the Clients expectations are exceeded.

Job scope (budget, management, specific criteria):

The job scope is split into two; Client demands will always be prioritized over internal, but the expectation is of a 50/50 split between the two aspects of the job.

EMEA VP Support: This role involves working with the Senior Regional Executive Team to prepare reports, presentations, communications and analysis related to operational performance including but not limited to: QHSES, Financial, Commercial, Project Performance and Client Accounts. These reports and analysis may be ongoing, recurring or one-off exercises but will be designed to draw high level, coherent conclusions from a wealth of data. The job will be dynamic with a high degree of autonomy therefore proactivity is required. It will also require items to be initially progressed with minimal information from the Executive Team and hence it will require the development of a network of contacts and the ability to influence colleagues to provide the information required. On occasion, there will be a necessity to support tendering or strategic efforts. This role requires a strong desire to produce high quality results quickly such that limited re-work is required by the Executive Team. Business Consulting Support: This role requires a wide range of tasks including i) market and client data analysis, ii) development of presentation materials for client and internal meetings, iii) setting up and running regular business performance reports, iv) supporting tendering efforts, v) developing market facing articles and Business Consulting POVs, and vi) becoming a client facing member of a project delivery team. The role will require close collaboration with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders – good communication and organization will be critical.

Main Accountabilities:

Requirements to support EMEA Region (internal)

Investigation and collation of information to support the below tasks. Production of reports, presentation material as requested by Regional Vice President, Genesis EMEA Region including, but not limited to: Business performance dashboards; Commercial performance dashboard; Client and services Analysis; Parent Company reporting dashboards and reports; Client and internal presentation; Strategic presentations; Business communications and Town Halls; Support in budget preparation. Technical support in meetings including note taking and subsequent dissemination of information Monitor market/industry news & trends

Requirements to support Business Consulting (external)

Development, supporting and provision of the following: Market and client data analysis Internal governance sessions Presentation materials for client and internal meetings Business performance reports Articles and Business Consulting POVs,

Becoming a client facing member of a project delivery team

About You

We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

Business, numerical or communication related qualification; experience of work with senior executives within an oil and gas operator or service sector company preferred; experience of analyst work within a management consultant an alternative preference. Experience of the preparation of Senior Executive level reports and presentations High proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications incl Word, Powerpoint and Excel Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Power BI business analytics software Advantageous Experience: Knowledge and experience of Oracle based ERP Systems Knowledge and experience of Salesforce Programming experience Banking/ Auditing

There is the possibility to develop skills necessary to become involved in BD, Sales and Tendering, in Corporate Strategy or indeed to move into non-obvious roles within Genesis and our parent company Technip Energies.

Possible need to travel extensively to perform client project work on site. Competencies: Excellent communication skills both written and spoken English Excellent numeracy skills and proficiency with the use of Microsoft Excel Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Power BI business analytics software Digitally and technologically minded Intellectual curiosity & drive Ability to present information succinctly and with high visual impact
