In 2018 we launched <vpTech/> - the IT community of Veepee. Our teams are widely distributed within the offices in Paris, Lyon, Nantes, Nice, Barcelona, Brussels, Warsaw, Amsterdam and Tel-Aviv.

As a Web analyst you will join our Data Insights team, which is directly in contact with the product teams and the marketing. Your mission will be to monitor and analyze the performance of our products in order to improve the user experience and the conversion.

Responsibilities :

Define the tagging plan and validate the data quality Perform ad-hoc analysis related to business problematic and deliver actionable insights and recommendations Follow the AB test performance : definition of the KPIs with the business and analysis of the results Monitor the products performance by creating and updating dashboards Support and train the teams in the use of our web analytics tool Contribute to the data promotion within the company

Requirements:

You have a first experience in a similar post Experience in data visualisation and dashboard creation You have an affinity for online customer behavior, but also willing to support business areas like B2B and operations You have good knowledge and experience with web analytics tool (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Adobe...) Experience in using SQL is a plus Analytical, organised and highly detail-orientated You are data driven and have a good knowledge about e-commerce You have good communication skills You have a strong team spirit and like to share your best practices to your co-workers You have a good level in English as you will support 12 countries
