The Team
The IT Business Analyst plays an important role within the Commercial Operations demand team acting as a link between IT and Commercial Operations organization by identifying new business opportunities, ensuring commercial operations strategy and priorities are reflected in the business requirements and translated into suitable IT solutions by the technical experts.
The Business Analyst will be responsible to lead small to medium-sized demands and work with external vendors (e.g., consultants) to implement new solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
1. To drive the demand intake process for new business requirements
2. To lead and achieve successful IT Projects Delivery
Participate actively to document Feasibility Study Supporting IT project implementation Follow global PMO process when supporting the projects in PlanView, contribute to prepare all PMO deliverables and organize the approvals, stage gate reviews and status reports3. To support the execution of IT EMEA Applications Strategies for Commercial Operations
Map and document IT applications functions Define IT EMEA Applications Strategies aligned with global ones Proactively enforce security policies and monitor application performance to ensure operational excellenceWe are looking for someone who:
Professional experience:
• Has good communication skill in both face-to-face and virtual settings, clear and concise both verbal and written
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with business users on all levels
• Has good analytical skills to be able to quickly identify underlying problems and design solutions to these problems
• Is able to explain and present solutions to users and management and get their buy-in/approval
• Can facilitate change and persuade users and management
• B.S. degree in business, computer science or information systems or 3-5 years equivalent work experience
• Understanding of commercial operations in sales, distribution, Warehouse Management, shipping and Inventory counting
• Good project management skills
