BeeBryte is using artificial intelligence to get commercial buildings, factories, EV charging stations or entire eco-suburbs to consume electricity in a smarter, more efficient and cheaper way while reducing carbon footprint! Our entry product, “Hive Vision”, is a new energy monitoring, analysis, and diagnostic solution delivered as a SaaS with an easy-to-install box (off-the-shelf sub-meters, IoT gateway, and 3G router). Hive Vision empowers the building energy manager to (i) better anticipate electricity consumption with real-time data and forecasts, (ii) reduce utility bill manually by following suggested actions to avoid penalties from exceeding contracted capacity, and (iii) lower maintenance costs thanks to early-stage anomaly detection. Our second product, “Hive Optimal”, leverages the same infrastructure as Hive Vision and offers an automatic and real-time control of heating / cooling equipment (e.g HVAC, freezers & cold storage systems). Based on weather forecast, occupancy, and energy price signals, our software adjusts the temperature setpoint and minimizes energy costs while maintaining comfort. Hive Optimal can also be integrated with an energy storage system (e.g. Li-Ion battery), which can be bundled with third-party financing. This differentiated version, or “Hive Optimal+” controls the battery in real-time to desynchronize the purchase of electricity from its consumption. It uses the battery as an energy buffer and also maximizes self-consumption from any onsite generation (e.g. Solar PV). The benefits that our customers receive from both versions of Hive Optimal are (i) energy efficiency gains, (ii) real-time price arbitrage, (iii) peak power shaving and (iv) grid services such as demand-response or frequency regulation, for up to 40% utility bill savings.
