We are Liberty Sport, a third generation—U.S. owned and operated company. We’ve been crafting the complete Rx solution for active children and adults since 1929. Our dedication to research, engineering, and development of new technologies places Liberty Sport at the forefront of Rx-able protective eyewear solutions. Our products are prescribed by over 18,000 independent eyewear professionals, and we have become the leader in preventing sports eye injuries in addition to providing eyewear solutions to active adults allowing them to preform optimally in changing light and weather conditions. We know that each year there are more than 600,000 eye injuries related to sports and recreation activities, 42,000 of those require emergency intervention. Our belief is that widespread prescription of Liberty Sport Protective eyewear can be the greatest contributing factor to the reduction in sports eye injuries; ultimately, eliminating preventable sports eye injuries. We utilize the lessons learned throughout our history and by leveraging our superior product development capabilities; we listened to the requests from serious sportsmen. We built and perfected Liberty Performance Sunwear and Liberty Active Eyewear to build a complete Rx solution enhancing the passions of active adults; from motorcyclists to bicyclists, triathletes to hunters, and law enforcement to the adventurist – the most accomplished eyewear solution on the market; and in the process making us the number one sport and specialty eyewear company in the world.
