OENOBRANDS: ADVANCED WINEMAKING SOLUTIONS DSM Food Specialties B.V., (The Netherlands) and Anchor BioTechnologies (South-Africa), have signed an agreement for the creation of an independent company : OenoBrands SAS (France). Oenobrands is a 50:50 joint venture operating from Montpellier. This joint venture will benefit from both parent companies innovation and knowledge capacities backed up by their R&D and production facilities. The successful brands of enzymes, yeast, mannoproteins, nutrients and bacteria : Rapidase® , Anchor®, Collection Cépage®, Fermicru®, Fermivin®, and Claristar® … will be supplied by Oeno Brands as part of the advanced winemaking solutions. Top of Oenobrands agenda, is to further develop synergistic solutions based on bio technology to support wine makers in their constant need for tools to differentiate and/or match their wines with market demand.
