We help international corporations manage major change projects throughout sensitive social contexts (reorganization, transformation, restructuring, change of perimeter). Oneida helps its clients find the most appropriate roadmap – in terms of process, communication and industrial relations - to make their reorganization projects successful … Oneida has also developed a unique expertise to find acquirers and investors for non-core businesses (sale of business or branch of activities, outsourcing, plant conversion…). Our clients are major corporations and investment funds from all continents that have operations in Europe. We are headquartered in Paris, from where we conduct around 150 such projects every year, many of which cover several countries. We recruit junior and senior consultants on a permanent basis.
