Seprolec offers Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) to the professional and industrial markets. Seprolec specializes in complex, high-mix / low-volume assemblies in medium and small-size batches of up to ~3000pcs. We serve all professional electronics markets: - embedded computing - multimedia & broadcast - analysis, test & measurement equipment - transportation - aeronautics - M2M & professional IoT - medical - defense & security - industrial We have developed class-leading expertise and processes in: - New product introductions and Design-for-X industrialization methods - Worldwide components sourcing & purchasing - Assembly of all surface-mounted components (SMC) and through-hole technologies (THT) - PCBA programming, debugging & functional testing - Complete product assembly - Support from prototyping to mass prod Our factory opened in January 2010 in Vire (Normandy, France) - it houses latest-generation, high-end manufacturing equipement and a full team of subject-matter experts. Shop floor was increased in 2016 from 5000 to >9000m². Seprolec follows IPC-A-610 class 2 & 3+ and is EN9100 v2009 and ISO9001 v2008 certified.
