Description:
Anki France is currently seeking a Senior Sales/Key Account Manager to enable the company to successfully expand within France. Based in our Paris office, this will be a key role focused on successfully growing retailer relationships and achieving consumer sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your existing relationships, cultivate strong new ones and ensure that Anki provides the best in class account management experience to its multichannel retail partners.
Manage all aspects of the retail account relationships with a focus on strong execution, while cultivating opportunities with each retailer to maximize growth of consumer sales and brand awareness.
Own communications and exchange of information between various internal departments and the appropriate counterparts at each retailer.
Work closely with Anki’s product and marketing teams to execute product launches and consumer marketing initiatives with each retailer.
Work with Anki’s finance, operations and executive teams to develop strategic plans, and forecasting the expected sales.
Analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue drivers, determine key local market insights and develop corrective actions as needed
Ensure company revenue and profitability targets are met and exceeded.
Ensure that new business development opportunities are maximized.
Reporting to Senior Director France
Qualifications:
Experienced Sales/Key Account Manager with proven commercial experience and current relationships with retailers in the consumer electronics, entertainment/video games/toys verticals.
7+ years of relevant experience in a retail-focused, consumer products environment.
Proven experience of managing the introduction of new products to retail channels.
A proven track record in setting objectives and in meeting and exceeding targets.
Ability to network within a partner organization to identify key influencers and decision makers.
Possess understanding and knowledge of a collaborative negotiation methodology, creative problem solving, strategic thinking and account management skills.
An independent individual who thrives in a team environment, a positive disposition and a flexible / 'can do what ever is needed' attitude and dedication are essential.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Must be fluent in French & excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel up to 20% of time (in France, UK and HQ twice a year)
