You will be part of the France and Southern Europe marketing team (France, Italy, Spain and Portugal). You will initially support the France team and then the Southern Europe region with the Southern Europe Manager in charge of Marketing Automation and Data. Your mission will be to contribute to an ambitious Data quality plan in 2023 to make our database a major asset in the performance of our digital campaigns and our customer relations.
Update of the France database on our Salesforce CRM:
- Cleaning and enrichment of the database: data analysis, web research, collection of information from the sales team, corrections on our contacts and key companies
- Establishment of account hierarchies in relation to sales representatives.
- Formalization of future guidelines for users: creation of supports, tutorials to educate users to keep the database healthy.
Support France Marketing team on digital actions via our Marketing automation Pardot
- Optimization of emailing targeting: creation of specific targets in order to maximize mailings according to the centers of interest of contacts and companies.
- Ensure the quality of event communication on and offline by checking the information of prospects when registering for our webinars and events.
- Processing of post-marketing campaign data in our contact database
Analysis of the database and emailing campaigns
- Monitoring of the evolution of the quality of the database through dedicated dashboards.
- Measurement of campaign performance with the sales and marketing team
- Suggestions for improvements and treatments
In addition to these missions, you may be required to participate in projects in the Southern Europe region.
