Our hybrid model combines a mix of in-person (at client site or AlixPartners office) and remote working. Travel is part of this position, but the frequency may vary based on client, team, and individual circumstances.
What you’ll do
Our AlixPartners Consultants of the Digital Community provide independent, senior-level expertise that enables executives to improve IT and Digital performance, regardless of the state of an organization’s IT function. The depth of our colleagues’ experience enables us to exert a rapid and sustainable impact across the following areas.
IT cost reduction, insourcing and outsourcing analysis, and vendor negotiation.
IT strategy development, organization and governance design, and full IT transformation.
IT due diligence, carve-out, and merger integration planning and execution.
IT crisis management, interim IT leadership roles, and project turnaround.
Provide support on projects of all sizes, from inception through to completion, with an emphasis on reconciling technical requirements and scope with available resources and technology
Support the implementation projects in an Agile-derived environment
Projects will mainly cover: IT strategy, IT assessment, IT organization & governance restructuring, IT cost reduction, Turnaround of large scale “troubled” projects, Company Separation (Carve-out) or integration (Merger) projects, IT complexity reduction, Accelerated package implementation

What you’ll need
Top Engineering, Business schools, Information Systems, IT or equivalent Master’s degree.
A minimum of 2 to 4/5 years of applicable professional IT in-house or consulting experience.
Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, with knowledge of presentation tools, including PowerPoint and Visio.
Technical knowledge and experience of IT strategy, infrastructure, architecture, cost reduction, or turnaround projects.
Knowledge of ERP solutions, such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft.
A passion for driving IT effectiveness and enabling clients to achieve their business objectives.
A strong motivation to discover and learn new develop your knowledge in a way that can improve the quality of our work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, and in particular as unique projects/needs arise.
Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment
