Owner of the ports of Cherbourg and Caen-Ouistreham, PNA was established when the Regional Council of Normandy and the Manche and Calvados Departments joined forces. Its role is to manage and develop all port concerns, guarantee secure maritime access and define a sustainable development policy for the two ports. PNA is the 11th largest commercial port complex in France.
