The Sales Director manages and ensures the implementation of the global strategy of his activity locally, he supports and pilots the achievement of the sales objectives of the team he is in charge of.

He/she guides and accompanies his/her team in the implementation of the sustainable relationship with the clients and prospects of the activity.
He/she is responsible for coordinating the means to improve customer satisfaction. He/she must therefore, internally, find solutions by relying on the support services.


Your responsibilities



Defines and executes the local strategy of the division, and implements the global strategy through analysis and identification of new markets, segments and/or product solutions.
Ensures constructive collaboration between various departments within the company.
Identifies new business opportunities and structures action plans to convert them.
Supervises and manages the performance and development of the sales team (individual interviews, definition of objectives, etc.).
Effectively uses dashboards and CRM to manage his/her activity.
Collaborates with other departments in the preparation of sales plans and offers, guaranteeing their technical and financial optimization and accompanying
product launches.
Accompanies his/her team in building solid and sustainable customer relationships and deploys a corrective action plan if necessary.
Supports the team in difficult/strategic negotiations.
Coordinates the flow of information around the business (CRM), and provides forecasts and market information.
Assesses contractual risks and works closely with stakeholders to mitigate legal and financial risks.
Ensures ethical and commercial compliance of all teams with the Group's rules and instructions.

Your background



Minimum of 5 years of college with a commercial specialization and a good knowledge of the industry (motors)
At least 10 years of experience in managing an upstream marketing and sales operation, with full P&L responsibility and demonstration of profitable growth.
Experience in managing a sales team.
Experience in contract negotiation, risk management, and commercial and legal terms
and legal terms and conditions
Experience with business strategy.
Experience in contract negotiation, risk management, and commercial and legal terms
and legal terms and conditions
Fluent in English and French.
Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
