In this position, your business portfolio consists of digital control systems, digital applications, cybersecurity on your customers based in the Rhône-Alpes and North East region.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will contribute to the development of the services business on all the customers assigned to you (chemicals, pharmaceuticals, energy, utilities), both through your service activities and through the generation of business opportunities.

Your responsibilities



Intervene at the customer's premises for maintenance, upgrade or commissioning.
Be the privileged interlocutor of the customer (technician and maintenance manager, operation manager...) to answer his technical requests and/or to solve possible technical problems.
Develop and ensure the proper execution of annual service contracts (deadlines, quality, price).
Within the framework of the annual service contracts, to have the commercial responsibility of the development of this customer account and in particular the annual negotiations for its renewal.
Through regular visits to customers, establish strong relationships with them on a technical, maintenance and operational level in order to develop the partnership with ABB.
Through knowledge of ABB Group products and applications, proactively identify opportunities to sell services to customers to improve efficiency and/or productivity.
Collaborate with other departments in the division to provide the best technical and commercial offer to customers.
Develop customer satisfaction and contribute to customer loyalty.

Your background



At least a BTS with 10 years of technical seniority.
At least 10 years experience in a technical field.
Good knowledge of industrial automation.
Technical skills, commercial and relational aptitudes, great autonomy and capacity of initiative and strength of proposals.
Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
Good level of English and French: read, spoken and written.
No obstacles to frequent travel (within your region: 80%).
Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
