For its international business development, Actility is looking for motivated and tenacious International Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our international sales team. The SDRs are responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel by identifying and generating sales opportunities through online search tools and outbound calling activities.
As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a good understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closer to success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and with the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Position is available in Paris, France, through an apprenticeship contract. Candidates must be fluent in English.
Main responsibilities
The Sales Development Representatives are responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to the sales team:
Create target prospect lists by a deep online prospection and penetrate key accounts.Cold call into prospects acquired by a variety of outside sources (email, social media, phone, etc.)Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle.Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle.Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a field Sales rep.Set appointments for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage.Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects.Collaborate with the sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approaches.Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application.Skills and qualifications
BA / BS / MS degree preferably in business, marketing, engineering or equivalent required.Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.A proven taste and attraction for technologies (electronics, mobiles, Internet…).Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.Candidates should be perfectly fluent in English.
