The Opportunity

It's no doubt that Adobe has a rich and successful history in product innovation, but we continue to prove that our best days are right here ahead of us. We're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Partner to help tell Adobe's story and engage top talent in the market. This role is focused on Sales but you can be recruiting on diverses roles within the organization. You will primarily drive hiring efforts for Adobe business in our Western Region (France, Italy, Spain, Benelux, Nordics)

What you’ll do

You will be passionate about all things talent acquisition and be experienced with hiring for a wide variety of skill sets at all levels of a business Manage relationships with hiring managers to build hiring strategies and drive successful execution for the organisation As a senior-level Talent Partner, mentor and develop capabilities of our Talent Scouts and other Talent Partners Being an advocate for inclusion is second nature to you and you will bring with you some phenomenal experience in working to build an inclusive culture enabled by hiring Own and drive 15-20 active requisitions at various phases of the hiring cycle at any given time Adapt as needed to successfully meet changing hiring volumes and demands Identify, assess and present exceptional diverse talent pools Influence & guide hiring leaders to use best practices in hiring Provide fit for purpose reporting to leaders and partners as needed Position Adobe as an employer of choice Champion the Adobe first mentally, looking at our internal talent pools with as much time and care as the external market Role model Adobe’s values and culture to both prospects and employees Partner closely with allied HRBPs, Compensation and Finance team members to provide a holistic ecosystem of client support Advise with the business by understanding market drivers, competitive landscape and alignment to client needs Continually learn and grow with us whilst you develop your talent career

What you need to succeed

At least 8 years of experience recruiting on IT Sales profiles Adept at managing full-cycle recruiting for large organizations Ability to learn and adapt to changing business needs Detailed knowledge of technology industry landscapes and trends Ability to build credibility with upper levels of management to guide and influence Articulate and strong presentation skills, both 1:1 and in groups Naturally curious - we value new insights and creativity and want to be continuously developing individually and as a team Passion for innovative and diverse sourcing and recruitment techniques with a focus on providing a white-glove experience to clients and candidates Curiosity to explore TA best practice and bring the outside in to help further develop our Talent practice Fluency in French & English, another European Language a plus
