Your RoleBeing part of the Finance team at Affinity The FP&A function is responsible for monitoring the financial performance of the markets. This includes the definition of the budget and the follow-up of actuals but also being a business partner of the functional departments of our markets and collaborating with them in the projects that are being carried outReporting to the Senior FP&A Commercial & Marketing controller you will work hand in hand with marketing, Trade marketing, and sales teams in France.Lead monthly closing, forecast, and annual budget (P&L)Analyze performance, present the business review and propose action to correct deviationsCreate and reinforce tools to track the business, simplify reporting, and help to make decisionsCreate a Business case for new products launchesAdvertising and managed costs controlThis position will be based in the Paris Office.What you will doUnderstand and manage the Profit and Loss account.Ensure company accounting procedure compliance to generally accepted accounting principles to:Monitor business performance by forecastingExplain deviations vs the Budget/estimationsResponsible for financial and reporting activities (External Reporting to HQ and Internal Reporting both regarding Actuals & Forecast)Financialise S&OP outcomes to provide full P&L perspective YTD/YTG on a monthly basisWork closely with the Sales & Marketing departments.Support financial decisions makingWhat we are looking forDegree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.2 years experience, preferably in an audit company or in a finance departmentFluent in French & EnglishAnalytical skillsGood communicatorKnowledge of finance & accountingTeam playerResults-oriented personWhat we offerThe opportunity of making an impact on the business and leaving your footprint.Working with international experts and experienced professionals to share and learn from.We cultivate an open culture that embraces diversity and inclusion.
