Allegro is global leader in power and sensing semiconductor solutions for motion control and energy efficient systems. In order to continue supporting our business growth and committing the investment in this strategic region for our long-term development we will be hiring anOEM Business Development Manager to grow and deepen Allegro`s relationship/business with carmakers with specific focus, but not exclusive on the French speaking region. In this role you will be leading the customer engagement with the goal to grow the direct xEV & ADAS business and to influence future specifications and systems in these Allegro Focus Areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers at your assigned OEM-Accounts
Help closing the loop between the customers engineering group and Allegros Segment & BU Teams in order to anticipate market trends early and influence the carmaker’s specification
Partner with Tier1 and Allegro account sales to win Automotive OEM platform/projects
Develop and Determine Growth Strategy for your assigned accounts
Responsible for OEM Projects from the identification until the successful direct closing (either direct or through Tier 1`s in partnership with Account Sales Team)
Support in case of delivery problems and allocation
Skills and Requirements
Strong Sales Attitude and Growth Mindset
pragmatic and goal-driven work ethics
Excellent communication and presentation skill
Bachelor or above degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering industrial engineering or business administration (with high interest in automotive engineering)
5+ years working experiences in semiconductors/automotive industry as BDM, product marking, Sales or FAE, etc.
Ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with automotive OEM’s. Experience with magnetic sensors, interface sensor and motor driver, etc.
Willing to travel domestically and globally
Required Language Skills: French (mother tongue), English (business fluent)
