Global Accounts Department is in charge of coordinating all sales initiatives with International Customers on the Assistance market within Allianz Worldwide Partners.
The International Travel Sales Division contributes to increase Travel business of Allianz Worldwide Partners. This contribution is mostly concentrated in Europe with links in the US and APAC.
The technical Sales Support is supporting the key account managers when implementing a new partner (but also a new project on existing business). He also helps monitor the good functioning of the IT set up, …, on a daily basis and bring support to business units.
Reporting to the Implementation manager, you are part of the Sales Support team within the Global Accounts Travel division.
In direct contact with the Sales team and the various Business Units across the globe, you will be responsible for:
##Collecting and consolidating data from all the business units
##Generating monthly report (e-Commerce report)
##Creating both standardized & custom reports for our Business Partners
##Providing in-depth analysis and interpreting results
##Providing recommendations to the Key Account Managers to support marketing initiatives to grow their accounts
##Developing tools and tracking KPIs to enhance the understanding of the business and to improve decision-making
##University Diploma / Business School – Master level
##5 / 7 years’ experience as BI Analyst, Data Analyst…
##Knowledge of Qlikview (or any similar BI tool) and SQL language
##Expert knowledge in Excel (/Access)
##Ability to capture and document business & reporting requirements from multiple sources
##Fluent in English, another European language would be a plus
##Ability to collaborate effectively, team player
##Good communication skills
##Salesforce.com would be a plus
