BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR DACH REGION (Germany, Switzerland, and part of Eastern Europe) H/F
The Business Development Manager (M/F) is responsible for developing sales in his or her sector with a focus on customers in the military and aerospace markets.
He/she supports the field sales force – internal or distribution – and acts as the main link between the company's R&D, marketing department and the customer. He actively participates in the achievement of budgeted Sales, Orders and Margin targets for the relevant product lines.
Main mission :
Search for new business opportunities in his/her sector and create new design-ins.
Promote Amphenol Socapex products and technology and train local sales force.
Define technical specifications based on customers’ needs for R&D and marketing.
Participate in the development strategy of the product families, in close collaboration with the Marketing Department
Coordinate and monitor the progress of customers’ cases internally.
Profile description :
Written and spoken fluency in the English language.
A master’s degree in engineering, or industrial/technical field
Professional experience in technical sales
Ability to animate a commercial network.
An open mind and a high degree of autonomy
Job location :
To be defined, in Thyez (Haute-Savoie France) or from Home, with frequent travel in France and in Europe.
Sector: German speaking countries (Austria, Germany, Switzerland) and part of Eastern Europe
