About The Role & Team


 This role will focus on renewing and expanding customers in our corporate segment. We need an Account Executive with 4+ years of experience selling to companies of 100-1500 employees. This person will own and manage a book of business, driving evaluations from early stages to close, and managing complex customer relationships. 


As a Commercial Account Manager, you will:



Lead renewals and growth strategy, commercial conversations and accurate forecasting within an existing book of business
Become an expert on Amplitude's solutions (CDP, Analytics, Experimentation, Personalisation) and conduct discovery calls and presentations with client executives
Effectively sell the value of Amplitude to key stakeholders within the account; pitch how Amplitude delivers ROI to the customer and is an integral part of their growth strategy
Gain a deep understanding of the business needs of your customers
Collaborate well with internal resources including SDRs, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success, Professional Services to drive successful customer engagements, driving value and growth
Handle order form drafting and working with deal desk for expansions and renewals as required
Exceed quarterly and annual targets

You’ll be a great addition to the team if you have: 



4+ years of SaaS selling experience consisting of new business/customer expansion &  renewals
Experience delivering customer business reviews and driving renewal and expansion conversations
Ability to lead value-oriented customer engagements through multi-stakeholder engagements via value-oriented discovery to position Amplitude products & services as the long-term solution to support our customer's growth 
Ability to create and drive pipeline minimum of 2x quota to ensure consistent quarterly revenue targets are achieved
Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude towards the change that comes with working at a rapidly growing startup
Experience running complex sales cycles & POCs and mutual close plans is preferred
