SUMMARY
The Sales Analyst’s primary responsibility is to collect, analyze and report sales-related data in an ongoing effort to increase overall sales productivity. The Analyst will assist the Sales Leadership Team through the development and distribution of custom and standardized sales reports by analyzing various data sets to identify trends, risk factors and potential growth areas and through the creation of presentation materials. The Analyst will also work with the headquarter to track key metrics for the European regions and to ensure that the data analysis is in line with the global data metrics. This position also plays an integral part during the budget planning process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting:Prepare customized and standardized reports for the Sales Leadership TeamCollect, analyze, evaluate and report data in support of ongoing business initiativesDevelop predictive metric reportsConduct CRM Data AnalysisProvide Revenue AnalysisForecasting/PlanningAssist management in developing and reviewing the budget and rolling sales forecastCoordinate sales reporting and forecasting process for all European sales channelsAssist in the development, implementation, administration and maintenance of the organization’s sales planning and forecasting tools and analysis to support the sales organization in achieving revenue goalsQuota Planning/AdministrationAssist management in analyzing historical revenue data and preparing sales compensation plansAssist management in data management of territory changesSpecial project planning; research activities as requested
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 3 years of work experience in sales operations, sales strategy or sales financeBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related area of study such as finance or mathCoursework in business administration, finance, or economicsPower user proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPointRelated experience in a quota setting software toolDemonstrated proficiency analyzing large amounts of data and making recommendations based on the results
