Sales Manager - France region
Location: Paris, Rungis
As a result of this growth, we are currently looking for Sales Manager who will be leading the business in France.
What you´ll be doing:
Defining and executing sales strategy for division in France, in accordance with EMEA strategy Executing sales strategy for division/region/team Acquire new customers Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets Responsible for building and managing a sales team (Inside Sales and Account Management team) Manage, groom, motivate and provide leadership to the sales team Navigation sales cycles in the entire region of reference (France) Consultative selling in Engineering Services Industry by creating differentiators and a higher value preposition for the services being proposed Build, grow and maintain relationship with Arrow’s suppliers and business partners Work with Arrow sales teams, Business Development and Marketing team to support sales campaigns Participate in trade shows and events Resolve customer issues in a timely and thorough manner Maintain relations with the accounts and expand the acquired accounts Establish and monitor performance reporting systemsWhat are we looking for:
at least 5 years of experience in sales solution, sales strategy development and Sales team management, preferably in the technology/IT industry- Proven ability to work across a matrixed, complex sales strategy to achieve a singular organizational goal - from concept to sale
Relevant experience in the IT/technical sector Business/Commerce Master degree or comparable training (an MBA would be a plus) Experience in building and leading Sales teams Agile mindset & experience in sales and manufacturer management. Very good knowledge of the client’s portfolio. Strategic thinking, presentation skills, persuasiveness, good communication skills and customer-oriented thinking. Fluent in French and English.
