Description du poste

On behalf of one of our clients – an international player engaged in the manufacture of electrical devices and sales of related services – we are looking for an Account Manager for Industrial Electrical Projects, who will be responsible for managing the execution of contracts with existing clients, throughout the entire contract duration – from the processing of the order to the final handover and/or renewal. Location: Flemish Brabant + flexible homeworking option As an Account Manager for Industrial Electrical Projects, you will be accountable for all aspects of contract management, from the moment the contract is won to the delivery of product/service, ensuring that both client requirements and company objectives are met in accordance with defined deadlines and within budget. The contracts in question refer to the installation of Medium and High-Voltage electrical equipment and solutions and the provision of accompanying services, as well as to the maintenance, replacement, repair, and upgrade of such equipment that was previously installed. Your key responsibilities: Have principal accountability for managing the full scope of recurring contracts with allocated clients, including the accountability for full contractual and financial performance and full client satisfaction Understand the contractual scope, and be the key point of contact in case of the volume change order and make invoicing decisions Ensure that the company's previously installed MV and/or HV electrical products and solutions are 100% included in every contract – at contract signing or renewal Ensure clear and effective communication with the client from the start – to jointly agree on the planned results and develop the right strategy to achieve them Be in continuous contact with clients and look for new possibilities to extend the existing contracts with new or improved services Monitor the execution and additional requirements, if any, and ensure that all possible complaints are dealt with in a timely manner Make sure that the right course of action is taken at any time during the life of the contract in order to meet the company's economic/performance targets and the client's desired outcomes Work closely with the Order Manager to ensure proper execution of contracts within the internal tools Work closely with the Sales team to ensure proper execution and delivery, and a high level of client satisfaction, as well as to maximise renewal rate Analyse the reasons for non-renewal, together with the Sales team, and find ways to improve the renewal rate Degree in Engineering and/or a Business-related field Native or bilingual proficiency in one or both national languages (Dutch and/or French), and willingness to improve the other one; good command of English Knowledge of the electricity/electronics industry; interest in or knowledge of Medium and High-Voltage distribution solutions will be an asset; experience in similar jobs and industries Knowledge of MS Office products and tools (ERP, Salesforce) Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work safely, use good judgement, make critical decisions, and work well with others Entrepreneurial and dynamic personality and client focus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Capability to deal with an intense workload A full-time employment contract Continuous learning and development opportunities and access to the inte...
