Your mission

As our new E-tail Key Account Manager, you will join our South-Europe Market team based at various locations across France and Italy. Your job will be to manage our large digital accounts, working with our e-tail partners to position Bang & Olufsen correctly and increase our share of business in this growing channel. Part of your job will also be to work cross-functionally to support our multi-brand key account managers with digital sales.

Understanding the world of digital sales, you will be driving market share growth through strong execution in both sell-in and sell-out, establishing long lasting profitable relationships with our e-commerce partners. Moreover, you will develop the e-tail channel by introducing new accounts and increasing volume in existing channels.

Working from our Paris offices, you will spend your week visiting e-tail accounts across France as well as occasional visits to our Italian partners. Specifically, you will:

Develop the e-tail sales strategy across current and future channels as well as analyse performance and propose recommendations to improve sales Responsible for managing large digital account as well as working cross-functional to support multi-brand key account manager with digital sales in Multi-brand accounts Own operational excellence with e-tailers (supply, content, listings, forecasting) Assess the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing recommendations for improvements within the digital space Collaborate with internal teams to ensure placement, imagery, pricing and product descriptions are up to date within all e-tailer channels Stay on top of the numbers, i.e., develop annual budgets for each account and track and report progress regularly Oversee the Amazon Fr relationship in coordination with the Amazon European Channel lead: Analyse performance and propose recommendations to improve sales Identify, evaluate, secure, and execute on sales opportunities

Your network

You will join a well-established team with 9 colleagues who work within marketing, retail, B2B and multi-brand. Taking more of a direct account management approach for our European channels means that you will be joining at an exciting time where we are building and growing.

What you bring

Most importantly, you will have 8 to 10 years of experience within strategic digital sales managing leading e-commerce accounts both locally and globally as well as leading demanding negotiations with excellence. Also, you have the ability to influence others and lead customer engagements as well as identify growth opportunities. You will bring a broad and relevant network as well as strong business and market insight allowing you to advance the organisational goals. Moreover, you bring:

8 to 10 years of experience within strategic digital sales managing large accounts, including Amazon as a must and Veepee (VP) as a strong plus Masters degree in business administration, sales or similar Experience effectively advising senior management Experience with Excel, digital marketing tools such as Keepa plug-in, as well as performance reporting tools and other tools keeping a track of Out Of Stock Excellent communication skills in English and French, Italian is a strong plus Great coordination and planning skills, enabling you to work with internal teams etc. to deliver excellent service for accounts The ability to manoeuvre comfortably through complex policy, process and people-related organisational dynamics.
