Job Overview:
This is an entry-level/ junior role and perfect for those who want to embrace a sales career. This role is to focus on the French markets.

Our Sales Development Representatives (SDR) at Bazaarvoice are the engine that helps to drive the business forward. Each team member is highly skilled in unearthing new business opportunities to deploy Bazaarvoice solutions for new clients. The way in which this is achieved is by building solid and trusted relationships with senior personnel within target organisations. The methods behind this vary from contact over the phone, email, events, acting on marketing campaigns and generally keeping abreast of all things social within current and target organisations.

In your first 90 days, you will learn about Bazaarvoice inside out, as well as learning proven sales methodologies that will equip you well in the role. Future projection in development and progression of this role based on successes and achievements will lead to you becoming an Inside Sales Rep and then into an Account Executive.

You’ll be working proactively within your own territory where persistence and attention to detail are vital in developing the pipeline of opportunities needed for Bazaarvoice to continue to succeed and grow.

Responsibilities:
- Pipeline generation
- Demonstrate value proposition of our products and services to key industry prospects
- Qualify and booked appointments with key decision makers within target accounts for the Account Executive team
- Champion key industry events and help manage the pre, during, and post event process in collaboration with Marketing
- Be creative and find ways we can target our prospects to get their attention
- Working with industry leading partners to drive mutual benefit and lead generation

The items we’ll be looking for on your CV and assessing you on are:
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Native/ fluent German and/ or French AND English skills to a business level.
- 0-1 years’ sales experience
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial, highly self-motivated, goal orientated, fearless, ambitious, team player
- Record of achievements that demonstrate you have a winning attitude
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly, and be a self-starter
