We’re now looking for a Ingénieur commercial grands comptes who’ll work with growth of our French client base by B2B-sales of our phenomenal HR-product. We’re heading for world domination. About the position

We are looking for a Ingénieur commercial grands comptes who will drive sales to larger companies and help to grow our business in France. You will join our sales-focused team, working towards expanding our presence on the market. Your performance will be essential for our continued success story and you will work with, and report directly to our Head of Enterprise Sales in Europe.

Our system for Total Compensation Management is currently growing on the French market, and your mission will be to connect with customers and clearly convey how Benify can make them Great at Work! This is a 100% new business role - we want people who love closing deals! You will be the face of Benify in the market and embody our values: exceed expectations, show love and think ahead!

You’ll be working with identifying and managing complex sales processes from start to finish, which requires a good understanding of the business and great communication skills.

Examples of daily work tasks are:
Prospecting new potential clients

Cold calling

Conducting sales meetings with clients

Closing deals

Cooperating with your French co-workers and other functions within Benify to satisfy customer needs in best way possible.

Working towards sales targets and activity KPI’s and being expected to deliver results of high quality.

Who are you?

You have a proven track record of business development and sales for technology companies equipped with the strong belief of creating a better world through innovation and technology.

We’re looking for someone with an energetic personality and stamina beyond the ordinary. Benify is working on a challenging market with a complex environment and we’re expected to deliver results of good quality. Working towards these goals requires drive and a hands-on mentality where you do what’s necessary to deliver results.

We also want you to:
Have years of relevant work experience, preferably with SaaS Sales or within the HR area.

Have a “likeable” personality since it’s important to build trust towards clients.

Be smart and have good communication skills.

Be able to work independently but at the same time being a great team player.

Have an IT interest since we provide our customers with a highly tailored web solution. It’s a complex product and it’s facilitating with a good understanding of IT.

Have great language skills in French (mother tongue) and English (business skills).

We’re looking for someone with a willingness to build and develop our organization. We want to hire someone who, from day one, wants to contribute to our continuous growth. A good candidate for us have a strong interest in marketing, entrepreneurship and a keen interest in other people.

Start: As soon as possible, but we prefer «Ms./Mr. Right» to «Ms./Mr. Right Now»
Extent: Full time
Location: Paris
