Primary point of contact and business leader for reseller partners within the assigned territory. As a specialised resource, he/she will promote the Company's position as the global leader in Cybersecurity, while being in charge of ascertaining potential of the area and subsequent recruitment, enablement and activation of channel partners to drive the awareness and demand for Bitdefender products in the territory.
The TAM will work as part of a dedicated team inside sales, pre-sales, marketing and PR, defining the sales strategy, priorities and business development activities, including forecast responsibilities while managing and prioritizing the business opportunities, focusing on the channel and end-user business expansion of Bitdefender.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in a software vendor reseller channel management, within Cybersecurity would be an advantage, with solid skills both in Channel Management and End user sales, including complex technologies and services.
The knowledge of the Cybersecurity domain is a definite advantage for the position.
He /she will promote the Bitdefender Channel Program, acting as point of reference for the Bitdefender extended sales force of the partner community, visiting and supporting the teams with end user on-site visits for larger deals.
The candidate will need to have excellent communication and people skills, as a critical part of the first in-depth experience with Bitdefender technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
Reseller recruitment, onboarding, enablement and activation, Manage all Channel partners in the region, Identify and build business plans (revenue and non-revenue) with key growth partners, Key end-user visits , in conjunction with the regional Sales Engineer, Assist with building marketing plans to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenues with development funds, Assist with pipeline generation and management in conjunction with the inside sale team and distributors, Support new Bitdefender technologies in front of clients.Required Skills:
5+ years channel sales and territory management in networking or security sectors, Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English, Proved experience building business and marketing plans with partners, Must have experience in delivering sales trainings, and experience in working in a fast pace changing environment with revenue responsibilities, Patience and self-organizational skills, Competitive, Self-starter, with problem solving skills, Willingness to get stuck in and assist on the phones with call-out days for distributors and resellers, College or University degree preferred, Must be in a position to undertake consistent daily travel.ld601BrNWX
