LOCATION & OFFICES
We are a full remote organization with colleagues based in France, Spain and the United States. Our main office is Grenoble (France).
As our future Sales Development Manager at Bonitasoft, you will work closely with our Marketing and Demand Gen experts to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Reporting to Charles, our COO, your day to day missions will involve :
Prospecting
- You will hunt for new prospects via various channels including Linkedin Sales Navigator and any other Growth Hacking tools.
- You will work closely with the Demand Gen team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns.
- You will work in collaboration with Content, Marketing, and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline.
- You will create adequate sales collaterals to pitch to your future prospects.
- You will work closely with the Sales team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes.
Reporting
- Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly attainment.
- Sales accepted opportunity attainment vs goal.
- Net ARR pipeline generated.
- Initial qualification meeting (where applicable).
Build your own Sales Development Representative team
- You will plan for hiring and onboarding new team members.
- You will work closely with the Sales Director to identify areas of improvement for the Sales Development Team.
