This job is a great opportunity to become part of an international commercial team as “European Commercial Manager” in a sparkling business environment, based in Nottingham, but with flexibility to work from home from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

Fully responsibility of customers: day to day management and tracking to deliver the account financial targetsMaximise commercial value with P&L responsibility: excellence in execution and ongoing analysis of the plan to improve commercial return, with a focus on KPIs, prioritising activities;Good marketing approach: understand your Brands & Customer (people, culture, strategy) ensure our commercial plans are consistent with brand equity and brand visual identity;Acumen in market and business analysis: good understanding of the market, the industry and the category using insight to improve commercial plans, traffic building and on line skills;Manage productive relationships: both internally (GB) and externally (Retail partners/distributors) with your key counterparts, driving performance and advocacy with an entrepreneurial approach and the flexibility to adapt him/herself to the situations;
