We are looking for a Regional Sales Engineer to join our team in France, He/she will be based in our Saint germain en laye office :
The regional sales engineer is part of the regional team, He/she is supporting the account managers, resellers, consultants, and large projects. This support is audio design, technical support during sales conversations, and transfer of knowledge to sales teams, resellers, and consultants.



Tasks and responsibilities:


1 Audio System design :



Design of a professional audio system
Coordinate with account manager, consultants and others to understand the audio solution's needs.
Using simulation tools like Modeler or Easy to create professional design
Import construction information data from Autocad files or Google sketchup models
Measuring room reverberation time to built an acoustical accurate model
Create line drawings of the audio layout and indicate component locations on Autocad drawings
Build audio design report with comments
Explain and present the design to resellers and consultants.
Assist account managers with technical expertise.
Use tools like Auditioner to demonstrate the capabilities of designing sound solution

2 Technical support account managers during sales process :



Share knowledge with the team and dealers to grow their capabilities
Follow-up on action items
Assist resellers during the project execution and system tuning if required
Assist rental companies during system setup if required

3 Other function requirements are :



Excellent knowledge of English, written & spoken
Pro-active work attitude, with good communication & presentation skills
Detailed work demeanor is driven by strategy, goals, and activities.
Customer-focused approach.
Essential to be a teammate, will require a lot of collaboration with colleagues.
Good understanding of building acoustics and electro acoustics
Expert in Office 365 software
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup and Visio
Knowledge of audio design software like Ease or Modeler
In possession of driving license B.
20 - 30% of business travel per month in France and occasionnaly in Europe
