Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Developing, managing and delivering training using the Instructional Systems Design process to attain learning objectives and meet learners' needs. • Reviewing training materials in relation to organizational needs, learners' backgrounds and course objectives to ensure the consistency of quality and accuracy of content. • Ensuring a variety of learning styles can be met by selecting appropriate methods and media for instructional delivery. • Monitoring participant progress and instructional program effectiveness; establishing and maintaining a learning environment to actively and freely promote learner selling skills and participation. Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of training programs and may conduct initial needs analysis. Evaluating the effectiveness of audiovisual/other training materials to ensure objectives are being accomplished. • Customizing content to meet the needs of local markets. • Researching and analyzing new training methods to determine the feasibility of use and application in future sales training programs to meet business needs. • Ensuring that all sales training programs reflect both the current product/service mix and marketing/engagement strategies. • Developing, implementing, and conducting sales training programs for the Global Sales organizations (Retail Direct Group / Wholesale) to maximize the effectiveness of the salesforce and improve sales performance. • Gathering sales performance data to measure success of the training program; monitoring ROIs and updating training programs to improve effectiveness and retention. • Trainer/ Presentation/Facilitation skills- Developing, designing and implementing classroom and technology-based training programs to meet organizational/individual needs and requirements. • Ensuring the proper preparation, implementation and management of instructional development projects; developing budgets/product needs and allocating necessary resources for projects, contributing to the selection, development and updating of courseware content for web-based or any other media delivery. Requirements: • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record of influencing positive change both up and down the chain of command. They must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be fluent in project management and proficient in both Microsoft and Apple operating systems. • A minimum of 5 years in retail training or sales experience, with a strong emphasis on the areas of relationship building, conducting training presentations, delivering product demonstrations and coaching sales people. Education requirements: • Bachelor's degree preferred in Training/Education, Business, Marketing or related discipline. Language Requirements: • The candidate must be fluent in English (Mandatory) Excellent written skills in both languages (French and English) Skills: • Deliver compelling presentations and effective training and coaching sessions. • Use developed processes to help identify skill gaps as they occur, before they become obvious to sales leaders and/or customers. • Possess proven results in instituting or applying a sales training program • Establish a sales coaching environment that engenders continuous development throughout the careers of all sales reps. • Demonstrate collaborative efforts, strong analytical and reporting skills and the ability to identify trends and make recommendations around data and sales analytics. • Ability to customize and localize content to meet audience needs. • Experience delivering virtual training/meetings sessions. • Proven client relationship skills to enable collaboration.
