The Sales Operations Coordinator position is a key resource for the team as he/she contributes to the overall functioning and efficiency of our Growth team.
Part of the Finance team, you will be working on a daily basis with the EMEA Growth teams based in Paris and London (Lead Gen, Sales, Customer Experience & Marketing). You will report to the Sales Operations Director based in NYC.
Your role is to enable members of the growth team to ensure they enter accurate data, produce important company documentation, and improve on any day to day roadblocks. You will also assist with providing the Executives and team management access to accurate, reliable and insightful information so they can perform their work as efficiently as possible.
We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mind coupled with business acumen.
Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic contributor eager to learn and grow with Botify as we scale:
Bachelor in Engineering or Business Administration required, MA preferred 2 - 5 years of relevant working experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Business Operations Solid business process experience across multiple domains, and all the underlying steps of the sales cycle, with a strong ability to get things done Extensive experience with Salesforce.com (incl. Salesforce Lightning, CPQ and Billing) and a strong interest in developing Salesforce Administrator skills - first experience as a salesforce admin/process builder mandatory Proficient in MS Excel, Google apps, other commonly used business applications; demonstrated ability to learn new systems Rigorous, with a great attention to details and accuracy Project ownership and commitment to delivering results Willingness to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment Fluency in English and French mandatoryIn addition to the skills and experience we are looking for, our ideal candidate would embody our core values:
