We're currently looking for a Cloud Sales Manager to reinforce the French team. This person will be in charge to manage Sales on BroadCloud for both End Customers and Partners (Systems Integrators, Managed Service Provider, VARs, Resellers, ..)

Duties and responsibilities
This person will focus on Sell-In and channel acquisition selling the BroadSoft Portfolio to new partner customers on the French market; and channel management executing Sell-Through Joint Go to Market and Sales Acceleration activities.
Achieve target revenue for territory or named account(s)
Manage a corporate and sales team resources effectively to achieve target objectives.
Establishes productive, professional and executive relationships with key decision makers in the designed Territory and Partners Organizations.
Develop strong customer relationships, influence and trust.
Effectively penetrate target accounts within all functional business units. i.e.: Technical, marketing, sales and executive levels.
Promote company brand, product strength and value through existing contacts in the industry.
Work with support to deliver highest level of customer satisfaction in the marketplace.

Qualifications
10 + years of technology solution-based selling (Managed Services, Telephony solutions, SaaS, UCaaS, Cloud applications and VoIP)
Demonstrated sales record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota.
Skilled in conducting presentations, online web demos, adhering and adopting a measured sales process.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others
Entrepreneurial flare - ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Vibrant and energetic attitude; willingness to perform and get things done.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills that can develop relationships with end customers, internal resources and partners.
