Job Overview - Purpose of the role and key responsibilities:
With the objective of accelerating our international development, we are looking to recruit an Inside Sales, Representative-International specialized in the identification, development, and management of international business opportunities, leads, and projects.
The ideal candidate is someone with a strong sense of initiative and willing to take responsibilities, as well as a results-oriented professional and a fast learner. This candidate will also be responsible for building effective business relationships with qualified leads in order to accelerate sales growth through new customer acquisition, and upgrades.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales Program Manager and as part of the Global Sales Operations Team, your mission will consist in:
Developing strong and sustainable lead acquisition programs to generate new business opportunities in our international markets in collaboration with the Regional Sales Managers.
Increasing the identification and generation of sales qualified leads and international business opportunities (key contacts and new projects identification) through different tools and platforms (digital tools such as professional networks, trade shows, blogs, associations, incoming leads…) and cold-calling campaigns.
Strengthen the knowledge of our products and identify short and medium-term needs of our installed base by prospecting over the phone.
Collaborate with the marketing department to qualify marketing leads and convert them into sales qualified leads.
Support the sales and operational activities of the team for punctual needs and projects (RFP responses, trade shows, prospecting missions…)
Participate to the Markets segmentation (hospitals mapping, new resellers’ identification, assessment of market’s potential…) based on the needs of each regional sales manager.
Guarantee the quality of the CRM tool to maintain the data accuracy of the targeted markets.
Monitor key performance indicators to report progress and performance related to the generation of sales qualified leads, RFP identification and surveillance, and international pipeline growth.

Minimum Qualifications: (knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience)
You are rigorous, methodic, with advanced analysis and synthesis skills. You enjoy negotiation and developing business relationships with customers. Your perseverance and your enthusiasm have a strong influence in your results, and you are stimulated by new and ambitious challenges. You appreciate the diversity of your daily duties and wish to work in a young, dynamic, and international environment in which you will be able to adapt thanks to your team spirit.
Excellent knowledge English (both spoken and written), good command of French and a third language (German / Japanese / Spanish) is an asset
Reliable, sense of initiative and willing to take responsibilities
Very comfortable using Office and CRM (SalesForce) tools
Educational Requirements:
Higher education, preferably in Sales, marketing, computer science, engineering or equivalent by a first experience in a similar role
