About You
We’re looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships with our key accounts within France. You will possess a strong ability in building trusted relationships and demonstrate skills in obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. You will have a demonstrable track record in meeting strategic and operational objectives, be an excellent listener and able to quickly identify opportunities to promote our company’s solutions and drive customer satisfaction. Contributing in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Purpose of role
Perform a pivotal role in our French sales team with responsibility for developing, facilitating and implementing all aspects of sales and marketing strategies relative to those Key Accounts in relation to existing customers and prospects and to represent and manage the allocated OEM relationships that CDK has with Passenger Car and Truck within France. Protect and extend these strategically and operationally important client relationships to provide a high level of service and satisfaction. Work closely with key matrix relationships including Product Marketing, Product Management, R&D, etc. to deliver against the agreed strategic and operational objectives.
