The HPC and Cloud Solutions business line is looking for their Sales Manager for Large Accounts.
The HPC and Cloud Solutions business line was created last year as the result of the strategic evolution of the company becoming a global technology and HPC leader that provides data, products, services and solutions in Earth science, data science, sensing and monitoring.
The role belongs to Business Development and Sales Organization accountable for the definition of the Business and sales strategy, business plan and go to market definition and the execution of that plan. The team develops business opportunities and sales for CGG's Cloud/HPC business with the objective of increasing revenue and profitable growth. All the team members share the same passion for innovation and a fine understanding of the markets and needs.
This role is a job creation and will be the first full time Sales position in the team. The successful candidate will play a significant role in shaping the sales organization and strategy, building the client pipeline, and negotiating and closing the deals that will drive the business line’s revenues for the future.
KEY JOB RESPONSABILITIES
1. Accelerate the development of the sales organization
2. Develop external awareness and extend CGG ecosystem
3. Understand HPCCS existing business and foresee future business
4. Responsible for the end-to-end sale cycle
5. Understand and anticipate on CGG’s customer needs
