Job Description




Position Purpose




Strategically lead, maintain and expand CHEP’s inbound solutions liquid business (container+liners) and customer relationships within his region (France) together with a constant strive to improve the value offered and perceived by the customer.


Manage portfolio of assigned accounts in his region and develop solid relationship with customers which enable business growth and customer satisfaction. Lead and implement new business strategy to increase pipeline of sales opportunities for inbound solutions liquid business (container+liners) and ensure a relevant ratio of sales opportunities realization.




Major/Key Accountabilities





Increase Liquid Inbound Solutions revenue (container+liners) in Iberia as per FY objectives
Managing a portfolio of customers in the food industry and cosmetics
Develop and execute a clear plan dedicated to your local market
Prospect for new opportunities in targeted sectors/markets and manage sales funnel.
Relationship building (internal+external) with curiosity to improve and develop your customers business. Capable to manage a wide variety of stakeholders – contacts might range from a production operator to the owner or business unit director. Ability to understand customer’s needs through regular dialog and visits and translate needs into a value proposition
Implement new Liquid solutions (Containers + Liners) and provide technical support to customers in trials related to CHEP solutions.
Clear driver of progress and adding value to your customers supply chain with the ability to be agile and learn on the fly.
Achieve Profitable Growth
Contribute to an intelligence information loop about competitors, market trends and product innovation.



Qualifications




Essential Qualifications



Bachelor or Master’s degree or equal through experience


Desirable Qualifications



Miller Heiman
Supply Chain
Gap or equivalent negotiation training



Experience





Strong sales, solution selling, account management experience in a similar role
Knowledge of or working history in the food and/or food processing industry cosmetics and packaging for liquids industry.
Experience in Supply chain
Project Management
Proven track record



Skills and Knowledge





Bachelor or equal true experience

Languages




Essential: French, English


Desirable: Spanish
