Citi is looking for a fluent Dutch speaker to join the Markets team in Paris as a full time Analyst.

Joining the Public Listed Products team in Paris you will be part of Citi Equity Derivatives team, winner of the Risk 2021 Award for Equity Derivatives House of the year, within the EMEA Sales division, working in close collaboration with Trading, Structuring, IT, Legal & Compliance teams. You will have the responsibility to grow our Dutch franchise in a sustainable way, making sure decisions are in our clients' interests, create economic value, and are always systemically responsible.

You will be located in Paris working alongside senior management.

Responsibilities:

Closely work with senior team & management on the development of our Dutch PLP franchise based in Paris In charge of competitiveness for Citi PLP Dutch business using competition monitoring and product pricing analysis Design and optimize product range coverage in close collaboration with structuring team & Issue more than 100 new products every day Produce sales and marketing material distributed to clients including online Brokers, Private Banks Develop VBA based solutions to increase efficiency Participate in team effort to provide best-in-class Investor Services to our clients First point of contact for Dutch Retail Investors: provide clear information and expertise including online contents Leading strong governance and controls Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics Appropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; demonstrating proper consideration for the firm’s reputation. Be familiar with and adhere to Citi’s Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Required Skills and Experience:

Dutch speaker or fluent in business level Dutch is a qualifying criteria for this role Fluency in both French and English is required You have a good understanding of finance and have an interest in Markets You have recent relevant experience (internships also will be considered as recent experience) You have strong knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel Knowledge of programming languages (VBA) is desirable Solutions oriented and creative problem solver Collaborative working approach Intellectual curiosity and proactive approach to searching for new and creative ideas Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills You also have a strong desire to learn, are proactive, building rapport and relationships in team environments Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making Excellent interpersonal skills, and advanced quantitative skills Excellent time management/prioritization skills and solid judgment Outstanding attention to detail and follow-up Good understanding of the retail competitive landscape Experience with derivative pricing and model experience would be beneficial Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
